Paula Dawson is from Baton Rouge where she resides with her husband Jimmy and their 2 children. She is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University. Paula has spent over 20+ years in the non-profit sector. She began her career with Prevent Child Abuse Louisiana, served the American Heart Association for 14 years and four years ago joined as President of Junior Achievement of Greater Baton Rouge and Acadiana.

The Junior Achievement team are dedicated to building the future leaders of our community through their work with financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.

Working with nearly 20,000 students each year, the local office has been recognized nationally for the outstanding service provided to our youth.
