Ken Blanc currently serves as the Materials Manager at Acadian Companies in Lafayette, Louisiana, where he has been employed since 2000. He is responsible for overseeing the company's purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and shipping and receiving functions, managing short-term and long-term operational goals for both strategic planning and day-to-day management. Before transitioning into materials management, Ken worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Acadian, where he had a key role in designing and implementing large-scale database applications.

Ken holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Business Systems, Analysis, and Technology, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Outside of his professional achievements, Ken is committed to his community. He is an alumnus of both Leadership Lafayette (Class XXXII, 2019) and Leadership Louisiana (Class of 2021). He attends St. Joseph Catholic Church (Milton) where he is involved in leadership roles for men's retreats and other events. Ken has also been a past candidate for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Man of the Year, raising $38,000 for the organization.

Ken is married to Ashley Cross Blanc and they have two children, a sophomore at LSU and a senior at St. Thomas More Catholic High School. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and listening to music.
